Sneak Peek

I was asked by Baker Books in 2011 to write something about a new book written by author/songwriter Jason Clark.  Well, I was thrilled to be asked because Jason was a friend of mine who I met in College and whose music I already listened to. Jason had produced an album entitled Surrendered and Untamed and had now written a book with the same title.

The publisher sent me a copy of the book and I began to read. What I had not counted on was the books impact on my life. I had planned a book review; but God had an answer to prayer in mind. The last couple of years had been very difficult and painful.  What I found in Jason’s book, Surrendered and Untamed, ministered to me and brought great healing and strength to my heart as I rediscovered my heavenly Father’s love for me.  His book gave me light and hope as God reminded me of my sonship, igniting new passion and purpose for my life. Jason’s book allowed me to dream again.

So it was without hesitation that I said yes, when the publisher wanted me to have Jason do a Guest Post on our blog about his new book “Prone To Love.” On Tuesday February 18th Jason will be posting an article on the topic of intimacy from his new book which will also be released on the same day. I invite you to stop by on the 18th and read his post; then go buy Prone to Love.

I cannot express to you the impact his upcoming book will have on your life, I can only tell you how it has impacted mine. So, following the release of Prone To Love, I will be sharing a series of posts about the book and its impact on my life.

In the meantime, here is the book trailer for Prone To Love by Jason Clark. Enjoy!
