Ok, so I don’t blog often anymore.  I can’t help it, I haven’t made it the priority.  Life has had too many other important things that came first to free time on the computer.

Today is John’s birthday and I am waiting for him to hang up the phone long enough to go celebrate together.  So I am passing the time on the web!

Last week I worked the polls on Election Day.  It was an amazing, exhausting, frustrating, and one of the coolest days I’ve ever had.  They put me on the help desk.  Which in lay-mans terms means that I was the go to person with complaints!  They put me, the preachers wife, and a pastor at the help table.  I told them that I knew it was a ploy.  Send the raving mad people to the 2 people in the room that would be nice to them, calm them with Jesus.  It was a crazy day with only a 10 lunch break and a 15 minute dinner break.  I was lucky to make it to the restroom when necessary.  It truly was the toughest job in the place.  The cool thing was that I enjoyed it and would do it again!

Oh well, John is still on the phone so I am going to encourage him to come on.
